This is a small essay that I wrote for my Operations Management class at American University. This small essay deals with our hypothetical company dealing with our subsidiaries overseas having issues with child labor.  I am addressing the CEO or my superior officer regarding the situation and stating my position towards the issue. Next, is the discovery of risk probabilities by our product testing team on a new toy before it entered production. This, again, states my position and recommendation towards the situation.
